@Caleb Bryant is right. Huntsville's hotness is out and the owners know it. Try looking outside to the surrounding counties in addition to Huntsville. Madison and Limestone.

@Arn Cenedella Your profile indicates you're a broker in SC. Don't know which agency you're with, but potentially connect with other brokers from your agency if it's a national one.
Otherwise either brokers or mailing campaigns would have to be the route to take. Ideally you'd want to network with the locals, but that requires being/travelling to the area.

@Arn Cenedella It's a pretty hot space right now. It's sometimes hard to find the properties on market because brokers from outside Huntsville sometimes get them instead. SVN is the big name in Huntsville and a lot of deals go through them. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to chat about it more
