How did you meet you business partner?

I've heard most people say they met their business partner through their coach, I'm curious if anyone met their partner at a networking event? Thanks for your posts!

They found me. I always say, business partners/ employees should find you and you should let it work by itself and not force it.

An example I use is your not going to meet someone 1 time and marry them. You may sleep with them but not marry them.

Business partnerships/employees are like a marriage. Take your time and don't force it.

Meeting a business partner through a coach seems like a great way to connect! It means both people are striving to improve their performance which is a excellent quality for a partner to have.

I met my business partner on a BiggerPockets meet-up in New York a little over 3 years ago. I've since met several referral partners, vendors and clients at networking events. Many of these events were centered around Real Estate but others have been for general networking.
