Maine Appraiser contact for 5 units appraisal

Any insights on appraisers who can quickly appraise 5 units (1 4 unit and a single family) in Maine? I am hearing 12 weeks lead time and I would appreciate contact information who can turn around an appraisal more quickly than that.

    @Michel Bamani My lender had one quote 8 weeks but it was a good deal more expensive than some 10 week options. I can put you in touch if you would like.

    @Bethany Turon yes please. similarly my lender had 12 weeks and at quite a ridiculous price.

    You should get to know him anyways if you invest in the area, he has a lot of good options available. I’m under contract with an 8-unit over in Auburn.

    @Bethany Turon thank you! Ben is great and I’m working with him now! Definitely a tough time to find appraiser (both costs and time lag). Good luck with the 8 unit in Auburn!

    Is this for a loan? Typically you can not hire your own appraiser unless it is for your own purposes.

    A rush appraisal cost my lender $2000 this month, it’s madness in all corners right now.
