The fastest way to plug in around Tampa is to show up where active investors already are: local REI meetups, BiggerPockets/FB investor groups,, then follow up 1:1. When you reach out, be specific about how you can help developers and flippers (driving for dollars, running comps, calling leads, coordinating contractors, project photos, basic spreadsheets, etc.) and commit to a consistent schedule so you're an asset, not a distraction.
