Investing in Land… is it a good move?

I possibly have an opportunity to pick up about 4 acres of land in Harford County Maryland at a great price. Is this a good move?

What are your exit strategies? What is the zoning commercial or residential? What do you consider a good price 25% below market 5% lawn market? You need to have multiple exit strategies you're gonna sit on land and it doesn't cash flow. You could flip but if you buy it low enough like $.50 on the dollar. And if you're not getting that deep enough discount then it's not a good flip. Rezoning and doing entitlements can yield quite a large upside but you need to know what you're doing or partner with somebody who does. There's tons of variables and you need to know this before you spend a penny
