Are smaller builders still actively buying lots right now?
Are smaller builders still actively buying lots in your market, or has activity slowed down a bit? I’m seeing a mix of opinions and trying to gauge how aggressive buyers are right now. Are people still moving quickly, or taking more time before committing?
