How do you sell land bought at tax deed auction without cleaning the clouded title?
Hello, BP community we recently purchased land at a tax deed auction in Florida and want to flip it immediately so we don’t want to go through the wait time of months to clear the title. And wanted to know what the process would be to sell cash as is. From what I’ve researched so far this is what i understand the process to be. )List as quitclaim deed cash only 2) Accept offer and sign purchase contract 3) Get Quit claim deed signed and notarized 5) Get money in check or wired 6) Buyer records deed at county clerk.
