Selling raw land
In the beginning of may i bought a empty lot in Kingman Arizona. I paid significantly below market value.
The previous owner inherited the land and wasn't interested in clean up the property or paying the back taxes. I have cleaned up the property and am looking to sell it. I've seen on Zillow other lots in the same area and condition be sold from 5k to 20k.
where would I find buyers that would buy lots like these? Any guidance or advice is greatly appreciated.
