Advice on land geek (Mark Podolsky) flight school

My husband and I have been interested in real estate investing for some time, but at our age we are not looking to spend time rehabbing or landlording. We travel a lot and tenants and toilets do not interest us. Thinking about flipping land. Does anyone have any experience with Mark Podolsky and his flight school program? Is it worth it? Looking for some mentorship to walk us through the process of acquiring land at a discount and reselling on terms to create another stream of income. Thanks
