How to find the address of a vacant lot?
Hey guy, first post here! I seem to have exhausted the people I can get get ahold of to ask this question to, and get a helpful answer from, so I figured I'd give it a shot on here. Basically, I stumbled across a vacant lot in the middle of an older housing development with no address posted. My question is, how can I go about finding the address and subsequently the owners name? I have had little success in my own. Secondly I would like to hear some opinions on my idea. I would like to purchase the land and build 15-20 2-story 12-1400 sq/ft houses? Condos? Townhouses?, Don't know what the right word actually is, retain ownership of all of them and rent them out. Thanks in advance for the replies!

It looks like Kerrville has an online parcel map. May save you a trip to the courthouse.
