I am about to embark on a reno project for my multi family in New Jersey and just wondering if any of you have advice on what to include in a contract with the gc. The reno will include a bathroom remodel, 2 kitchen remodels, 1 new bathroom and new flooring. Any crazy stories and “I wish I would haves” would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Generally a professional licensed general Contractor will provide you with their contract including a complete scope of work , timelines to completion .

Check licenses

Check insurance
