Hi! First time here. I was wondering if anyone had a favorite real estate agent that works in Elgin or Chicago? Trying to buy my first place & preferably a multi family home, but that's not a deal breaker. Thanks for any help!

@Brian Cyhaniuk Great to hear you goal to purchase something soon but keep in mind the person you are looking for could be 2 different agents.  These are two totally different markets and many investment minded brokers are not comfortable with the other.  However there is people like @Jake Fugman and @Michael J Scanlon who can span both.  

Keep in mind Elgin does have a rental license program as does many suburbs so be sure to account for that in your proforma!
