HI Cariza,  Welcome to Baltimore market 

I dont thing you should put  time limts on your investments since market could be changing drastically in 3-4 motnhs but there are multiple investor/ agents in this group, if you give more information on your price points, cash flow goal, reno budget if needed etc... People can have better idea and you can get better help
