Fountain Square has completely changed in recent years. It's definitely an up and coming area. The neighborhood is nice and lots of renovation happening.

I just bought my first OOS STR there. Happy to answer any questions.

Fountain Square blew up and blew out. It's all A class luxury renovations with some STR opportunities sprinkled in. Most opportunities are near full tear-down renovations to compete with the neighborhood comps.

Fountain Square is such a good place to invest in. I've helped some investors acquire property over there.

I agree with the others saying Fountain Square has completely changed over the years as seen from the HGTV show "Good Bones". Id be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and/or help you find your next property. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers
