Hey everyone! I am looking to grow more in the Volusia County markets (New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach) and was wondering if there are any real estate groups and/or meetups in the area. I’d love to hear any and all that are available.
Not sure about any current meetups, but I'm a Realtor based here helping people with investments properties and primary residences. Would be happy to connect and help you with any questions you have about the market!
I am a local Real Estate Agent with Investor knowledge and connections to many meetings. The local REIA group is CFRI.net and the have several chapters in the area, plus focus groups, etc. I'm out doing things at the moment, but if you want more info, let me know and I'll get with you later today.
