Member since 2023 · 13 posts · 8 votes

Hello BiggerPockets Community!

I am a part of a dedicated accountability group of investors, and we're on the lookout for an experienced out-of-state investor to join one of our upcoming sessions. We'd love to have you share your valuable insights, experiences, and lessons learned in investing in out-of-state properties.

Our group meets regularly to discuss investment strategies, share knowledge, and keep each other on track. We believe that learning from the experience of others is one of the best ways to grow as investors, and we're excited to hear from someone who has had success in out-of-state investing.

Here's what we're looking for:

  1. A seasoned out-of-state real estate investor with a proven track record.
  2. Willing to join our virtual meeting for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Comfortable sharing your experiences, tips, and answering questions.

If you're an experienced out-of-state investor and would be willing to share your insights with our group, we'd be thrilled to have you on board. We're flexible in terms of scheduling, so we can work with your availability.

Please feel free to reply to this post or send me a direct message to connect. We're looking forward to learning from your expertise and strengthening our investment strategies together.

Thank you in advance, and we hope to hear from you soon!

Best regards,

Jamial Clark

Thanks for the tag @Erik Browning

@Jamial Clark I own properties in 3 different states (OK, WI, and FL) and I live in San Diego. I've purchased turnkey properties out of state, and I've done two out of state BRRRR's and two out of state flips, all without setting foot inside the properties.

I'm happy to help out however I can!

I have personally invested out of state with a turnkey provider and have a lot of experience with them. Would be happy to discuss the process!
