Is It Time to Sell Your Columbus Home?

Hey everyone,

I was reading up on the Columbus real estate market and wanted to get your thoughts. The market has been strong, but things seem to be shifting a bit. Sales are still up, but inventory is growing, and homes are staying on the market longer. Some experts are predicting 2025 could be more of a buyer’s market.

A couple of things I noticed:

  • Sales are up 12% from last year, and prices are still rising.

  • More homes are on the market, but they're taking longer to sell.

  • Some people think 2025 might slow down with price growth and mortgage rates stabilizing.

Now my question to you is that,
    1. 1. How’s the market looking in different Columbus neighborhoods? Anyone seeing different trends?
    2. 2. With all the new developments and zoning changes, how do you think the market in Columbus will play out in the next few years?

Would love to hear your experiences and thoughts on this!
