Looking to connect with other investors

Daniel Gugliotti
Posted

Hi - I have been studying and taking action trying to invest in real estate, but I haven't been able to lock down a deal. Looking to connect with other investors who have either been here and have succeeded and/or wouldn't mind being a mentor. I have been trying for ~18 months and mainly looking for 2-4 MFH. Mostly looking to do creative financing deals and I'm incredibly motivated.
Any insight, mentorship, partnership, or even opportunities for ME to provide value to YOU in the REI space would be appreciated.

@Daniel Gugliotti,

Hi! Love to see your dedication and 18 months of learning and taking action is no small feat. Many successful investors went through that same stretch before things clicked. The multifamily space, especially with creative financing, can be competitive and complex, so it's great that you're staying committed and reaching out.

If you're open to other strategies that still align with building long-term wealth, you might consider diversifying into turnkey single-family rentals in strong cash flow markets. In the Midwest and Southeast, we’re seeing great performance in cities like Birmingham, AL, and Cleveland, OH, where you can get properties under $300K with solid property management in place, cash flow from day one, and appreciation upside.

Let me know if you want to talk more in depth about specific markets or compare deals side by side - always here to help!

Best,

Melissa
