Suggestions for investment property

Looking to purchase a turnkey investment property under $400K. What areas are growing in terms of appreciation in dallas and fort worth? How many bed rooms and SQFT are easy to rent when buying as a rental?

Buy the nicest house you can for the least amount of money you can.
The lower the rent, the higher the demand.
Back into it....how much is average household income, take 30-40% of that and that is rent.
Stay at that number or less.
So I would say 3bed/2bath/ at least 1 car garage and preferably 2, $300K or less.
Sherman is a good place to look...about 45 minutes north of McKinney with lots of demand drivers.
Don't get tempted to buy new construction. All kinds of issues there with new construction.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 car garages are the easiest to rent. Mansfield is an excellent area for a rental, as it is growing, and a riverwalk is being built there that will attract many more city visitors. You can also get that price point in Mansfield.
