Great house but well issues
Found a wonderful house in a great area. My offer was accepted,
but then I found out there are two wells on the property because they tend to run dry if no rain for a long time .
the owner once went two months without water, but that was the only time in 10 years She went more than a few days.
Has anybody ever dealt with this before? I hate to withdraw my offer, but if no solution then this is a dealbreaker. Ty!!
