If you're looking for high end ($+10M), a lender can do 100% LTC funding Construction Lending, focusing on commercial, but may do MFH or Res sub divisions. Under that threshold is a different team, doing 75% loan-to-cost, and does more commercial and residential. Both non-recourse.
