Any local real estate group meet up?

Hi everyone!

I recently moved to Arizona (Phoenix) and I’m looking to get started in real estate investing or at least begin analyzing deals to build my experience. I’d love to connect with anyone who’s actively doing deals in the Phoenix or Greater Phoenix area.

Are there any local real estate investment groups or meetups that people here attend regularly? I’d love to check out a few and start meeting others in the community!

@Rafael Lupian New Western is hosting an REI meetup this Wednesday at Pedal Haus in Tempe from 6-8. No presentations or speeches just a meetup for anyone involved in investment real estate in the valley. Free entry and free food and drinks. Stop by if you can!

The big kahuna in town is AZREIA.org they charge about $25 a monthly meeting with other group meetings during the month. No real training, mostly updates on market conditions, but plenty of people meeting. If you want private one on one tutoring, let me know at https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/kenm286 click on Message and leave a message
