A few lenders I’ve talked to have started offering full rehab coverage for experienced investors.

Has anyone here tried those programs recently?

Curious how the process went — smooth or too many conditions?

They exist however the main issue with these loans are the fees and higher interest rate. You can also have them paid at loan maturity however, you run the risk of not being able to payoff the entire balance..

Having skin in the game is better than having no skin in the game. The interest rate on the 2nd is close to credit card rates, so it's not really worth it in my opinion.
