Lead with a simple credibility stack: be clear about your buy box and pricing logic, share a one‑page deal sheet on every trade (collateral, payor history, servicer notes, exit plan), and match your promises to your updates. If you say you’ll close in X days or provide files by Y, do it, every time. Start small with new counterparts, perform, then scale. After each trade, send a brief post‑close recap and ask, “What would make the next one smoother?” Consistency beats charisma in this space.
