A question for investors + end buyers

Hi!
I'm pretty new to wholesaling and I'm wondering, as an end buyer and investor, what differentiates a "good" wholesaler vs the dozens of calls you get? I'm doing my fair share of prospecting, and am looking for ways to stand out. Thanks for any tips! :)

Much appreciated!

Hey Brinley! There are three main things in my opinion that I look at that differentiate a good wholesaler from ones that can improve.
Essentially, good wholesalers provide as much information as possible on the property, so it is very easy for me to make a decision on whether it is a good deal or not.
Also, the information is accurate, which helps me avoid doing unnecessary homework, since I can trust that the wholesaler is providing the right details and laying out everything I need to know about the property to determine if it is a good deal.
They are also getting it at a price that makes sense, so they know how to run their numbers.
