To those who work with real estate agents, what % of the selling price do you pay to your agents when selling your property on the MLS? If you are an agent, what percent do you usually receive from your sellers?

We usually still offer 2.5% a side, meaning 2.5% to our agent and 2.5% to the buyer's agent. I know the NAR settlement changed the game, but if you have a great agent that adds value, they are worth it. When you go with a discount agent, you get what you pay for.
