Fix and Flip Needed
Hello,
I recently started an investment group in Norfolk Virginia and have raised enough capital to get a rehab started. I am having trouble getting ahold of listing agents and could use some help. If anyone has any guidance, It would be very appreciated. We are willing to flip properties anywhere.
