What are good area for rentals in San Antonio

Question

Heading to San Antonio from Austin tomorrow (April 7)! I'm looking for investment properties that cash flow. I’ve heard good things about Converse, Universal City, and New Braunfels. I’ll be near the airport for work and want to scout the surrounding areas before heading back in the evening. Would love to connect with any realtors in the area!

For a quick rental investment, I’d definitely scan the northeast of the city including Converse and Universal City. Definitely scope New Braunfels too but will be very picky about the numbers. I’d target neighborhoods with good rental rates, older single family homes with value potential. Good luck!

All depends. There are desirable zip codes here like for example 78209 which is Alamo Heights. That zip code was one of the only zip codes to remain consistent during the market crash. Our properties we have are typically under $250 ARV and location is super important. If you ever are looking in San Antonio lets connect.

Hey, I recently did a deep dive on San Antonio for investors. I still am unfamiliar with the different locations but have you looked at Temple at all? The numbers are almost identical in every aspect - appreciation, cash flow, entry price (with the exception of some newer 1980s builds that need significant rehab in San Antonio)
