Greg Teel on his investment programs or so we’re living opening up any bad reviews. Don’t wanna stick my last dollar into something that possibly might be fraud.

I've never heard of Greg Teel. It took me some googling, but I finally found him. There is absolutely no way I'm giving that man any money.

If you're new to real estate investing, you'll find Greg Tell types everywhere. For a fee, in his case up to 15K, they'll share the secret that will allow you to shortcut to getting rich. There's no secret, there's no shortcut. I'd guess he has made some decent money in real estate, but now he's making way more off of selling people courses like this.

Go to David Greene's website, then compare it to Greg's. Who do you think is a more trustworthy source?

There are no real estate investing secrets behind a paywall. All the info in online for free. Listen to the podcast, read the books, ask questions in the forums and at meetups, and only after you do all of that do you consider spending money on education. And If I did feel the need to purchase a course, I can't think of what they'd need to do to convince me it's worth multiple thousands of dollars. I know the message he's selling is tempting, but I would not advise giving someone 15K as a step 1 to getting into real estate investing.
