Suggestion to scale

James Bolt
Posted

Good morning, all.

I am 7 homes deep. The way I see it I'm in for the long hall. It is getting time to start looking to scaling the business. i was thinking about Apartment buildings but I'm not really sure if Section 8 (my tenants) in Ashtabula County would really work. I guess what I'm looking for are some fresh eyes and some creativity that is unbiased from the small company I am developing. I am hoping that this is why we all are here on this site. I truly am looking forward to seeing what ideas we can create together.

Thanks again,

Jim Bolt
