Good morning, everyone!
My name is Tomas Muller, a future real estate investor based in Charleston, WV, and I'm reaching out to connect with similar folks in the area.
Lately, I've tried to find local investor groups and associations to join, but I struggled to find active communities of this kind in the area. I know how valuable networking with local players can be. In fact, I've met a few investors through personal connections, and they have led me to certain business and networking groups, such as Rotary Clubs and the Chamber of Commerce. But I believe Charleston deserves a dedicated group where people can come together regularly to discuss deals, share experiences, and support each other's growth.
That's why I'm seriously considering starting one. Would there be interest in a local real estate investor group in the Charleston, WV area? Whether it's a casual monthly meetup, a more structured association, or even an online community to start, I'm open to whatever makes the most sense for the people involved.
