How we're keeping wholesaler pipelines full with cold calling (some things that actua

Been doing cold calling specifically for wholesalers for a while now, and figured I'd share a few things that made the biggest difference for our clients' pipelines — in case it helps anyone here running (or thinking about outsourcing) their own calling:

  1. Speed to lead matters more than volume. A caller hitting a lead within minutes of it hitting the list consistently outperforms a caller with 2x the dials but slower follow-up.
  2. Script flexibility beats a rigid script. The "sound like a human, not a telemarketer" callers get way more live conversations that turn into appointments.
  3. Skip tracing quality is underrated. Bad numbers kill dial efficiency fast — clean, verified data before calling even starts saves hours of wasted calls.
  4. Consistency > bursts. Wholesalers who call daily (even in smaller batches) build pipeline much more predictably than ones who do big pushes then go quiet for weeks.

We run this full-time for wholesalers across the US — trained callers, qualified leads delivered daily — so happy to answer questions if anyone's weighing outsourcing vs. hiring in-house, or just wants to compare notes on what's working in their market right now.
