Where to find cold call list?

Whats up fellow BP'ers? I planning on starting a cold calling to homeowners in a few target areas that fit my criteria this week and my question is where can I find a pone numbers for these properties? I'm aiming to talk to 10 people/day in hopes of 10 leads per week. I've been on Whitepages and they sometimes have phone numbers of people associated with that property. I know that I can get their pro service for $20/month and receive cell phone numbers and more up to date information, but thats limited to a certain number of records per month(something like 15) and I'll need a lot more files than that to reach my goal. For more up to date contact numbers, I'll have to pay a lot more than that per month.

Anyhoozies, I say all that to say that I need a source for contact information. I'm targeting landlords and owner occupants who have negative equity.

I've used Prospect Now. they give you 300 "credits" for $89/month. Here is the problem though, I can dial 100 numbers in one day and be done with my list in 3 days. If you find something that works well with Mojo please post.

Why are you cold calling rather than doing direct mail?
