Hello, I am a new Canadian wholesaler currently in Philadelphia.

I am wondering how is the Philadelphia wholesaling market. 

1- Would this be a good time to start wholesaling in Philadelphia?

2- What has been your experience? 

3- How is the real estate market in Philadelphia?

But i believe i have to start any way because i need to build connections in the industry. So good market or not, I'm here. :)
