Can anybody point me in the right direction for small banks or credits unions in Fresno that hold their loans?

In Fresno I have used Tri Counties Bank, Murph Bank and Bank of The Sierra.  BOS has a good Equity line of credit product for investment properties.

    Several investors I know have used Fresno First Bank and Security First Bank for their portfolios.

    @Franklin Romine@Chris Williams Gents, thank you for the recommendations.  I haven't completed a portfolio loan yet, but I did seem to have good/positive conversations with Citizens Business Bank as well.
