Akron Ohio, Univ of Akron Student Rentals

Hey Guys,

New investor in NE Ohio looking at potential opportunities in Ohio,  Akron/University of Akron being one of them.  

Any Akron investors have any opinions/experience with student rentals in U of Akron? 

Given the low price of homes and higher crime in the area, do you find student rentals to be too risky? 

Also how is rental demand vs supply in the area surrounding the university?

Are there other areas of Akron you would recommend?
