Graystone Investment Group in Tampa FL

Hello

Was wondering if anyone has any experience with Graystone Investment Group in Tampa FL.   Wondering how the transaction worked for you and would you use them again?

Hi Scott,

yes, I have done two deals with Jorge and his team and will do several more.  In fact, he treated me to lunch today because I referred a new client to him.  Great guy, great team.  They know Tampa area real estate and have access to great properties with upside.  I buy and hold rentals.  I think most of his investors do the same.  They can recommend property managers and contractors and make everything easy.  This is a relationship business, and Jorge is as cool as they come.

    Hi Scott,

    I have a lot of experience working with Graystone, and every interaction or transaction has been a positive one.  They are honest and diligent in their work, and offer some of the best investment services in the business.

    So glad to see positive notes about this company. I just filled out my Investor Profile and so should be getting information on potentials soon. I like that they aren't selling turnkey properties but rather a turnkey process. That is how they describe it and what made them stand out for me.

    Graystone Investment Group is a very complete and honest Real Estate Services Shop. I have worked with Jorge in the past and will be doing more great deals with him and the team at Graystone in the near future.  Most people here would agree that in this field, its hard to find people you can trust, a simple deal could get very complicated and expensive when dealing with people and entities that are in the biz for short-term for quick $$$ regardless if bridges get burned.  Graystone is there for the long run and it shows in the way they assist investors in finding what they are looking for and more. I get that essential peace of mind when dealing with them and trust. No more double checking and looking over my shoulder. I highly recommend working with them.

    I as well have worked with Graystone Investment Group which I feel is a very honest and trust worthy company that delivers. I not only purchased my first Florida investment property from Graystone Investment Group, but also became an agent with them a few years ago. Working for Graystone, I feel like family and have confidence to know that I can deliver on solid cash flowing properties for my clients. The team at Graystone is amazing. We all work together smoothly and keep improving everyday. Would absolutely recommend Graystone Investment Group.

    I’ve invested with Graystone Investment Group and I’m very pleased with their team.  I purchased my first investment property from Graystone a few years ago. The education I received from their team set me on course to get my license and become a agent as well. I feel one of the greatest benefits about Graystone Investment Group is they have lending, property management, seasoned strategists and much more all in house. I didn’t have to go outside of the circle for anything. Highly recommend any new or seasoned investors to check them out.

    If they are doing renovations after you buy, make sure they are supplying pics/video updates!

    If they are honest, they won't have a problem doing this.
