Any comments/suggestions/advice on investing into Detroit market?
Hi Everyone,
Hope all is well!
I have a planned trip to Detroit, Michigan for a business conference. I will be staying a few extra days to look at potential properties to invest in. I would love to hear about any advice/suggestions that people might have. Suggestions on areas I should pass around would be awesome.
Anyone that lives in Detroit would be ideal! :)

I would also like to hear from other BP members and invrstors active in Detroit as out of state investors with regards to the buy and hold opportunities and mainly good property management companiesin Detroit.
