I just wanted to take a moment to reach out and thank each and everyone of our brave young men and women that have taken it upon themselves to service this GR8 Nation. Thank you to all that are currently serving both foreign and domestic as well as our Veterans both past and present. Freedom is never free and We all owe more than we can know or repay to those brave individuals (past/present) for what they have and do sacrifice. Thanks again to you all, you are all MY HERO'S!

Thanks! Thankfully, we were in dangerous places and came back safely. And thankfully, I was able to go with my hubs...even if we couldn't share a tent, we were able to share in the mission.
Our military service has contributed in so many way to my real estate investing success. After deploying 24 times, who is afraid of calling distressed house sellers, or knocking on door of pre-foreclosures, for example. And our file management system that we use at work, enabled me to set up my files and processes with our rental portfolio. A steady paycheck over our service commitment years, combined with extra pays from combat, flight crew, hostile fire, and tax free zones, helped us to accumulate cash and qualify for mortgages.
Our story puts "risk and reward" in a whole new ballpark.
