Hi guys!
I came across this company called EquityPro that promotes potentially good investments in the Central Florida area. I ran the numbers using the bigger pockets calculator and the numbers look good on some of their properties just never heard of the company. I was wondering if anybody has used them before?

I have not purchased a property from them yet, but I trust my local guy. I've also met the owner and he seems to be a very nice honest man. He'll actually be on a podcast interview coming up on the Invest Florida Show. (I got to hear the recording live:)) It's @Eric Odum's podcast along with his funny co host Steven.
But with any deal, do your own homework as it sounds like you have already started.

Thank you! @Adrian Smude and @Justin Stamper. I've been looking out of state mostly but wherever the deal is at that's where I'm at. If I go forward with them on a property I'll make sure to share my experience!

@Alex Penalva I never did b/c I started wholesaling and began cherry picking my own deals but one of my colleagues bought from them and was happy with them. They send out a great deals on their list all the time!
I've been a long time lurker of their site and just now getting the confidence to consider buying off market properties. Would love to hear if anyone has bought from them and what the experience was. Thanks!
