Should I get a real license for my investment business

I have been running my real estate investment business for a while focusing on wholesaling and lease options.  I periodically consider getting my real estate license and I know there are pros and cons so I thought I would ask the BP community for feedback.  Thanks in Advance:  Bob Burns
