Hello all,
Loopnet.com does not allow one to filter results by the # of units, at least I have not seen how. I am hoping someone can let me know about a website that allows investors to find properties with say 4 units or less. (looking to house hack and trying to stay at 4 units or less).
Loopnet definitely has the ability to search based on # of units. Just click on Advanced Search. But you won't find many, if any, duplex, triplex, and quadplexes listed.
