Good evening from Okinawa Japan! This is my first post on BiggerPockets so I hope I'm posting in the right forum... Anyway, I'm trying to find a reputable and trustworthy GC for a project in Richmond VA. The property is located in the neighborhood of Church Hill and is in need of rehab. I would like to find someone with experience rehabbing houses in this area with a good track record. Any info or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I don't have any experience in Richmond but I do have a couple of friends in Fredericksburg. I also know a guy that has five properties in Quantico. I will reach out to them and see if they have any recommendations for you.
Of course I don’t want to get raked across the coals but I certainly don’t have a problem with paying for quality work, especially on this house in my current situation. My plan is to have the rehab done right the first time and then refinance. I’ve heard of RBVA, and I’m a huge fan of their work. The problem is that I sent them a message a few weeks ago but didn’t get a reply back yet.
