Looking for a good Contractor

Can anyone recommend a good contractor in the Fayetteville, NC area? I know finding a good contractor can be one of the most difficult things to do, and I'm trying to avoid some of the issues or horror stories I've read about and seen. I just found a great deal on an investment property, but it needs some work obviously.  I was going to post in the Contractors section, but I'm kind of looking for a referral here (someone who was actually satisfied with the work done and would recommend to others).
