Good pockets in Trenton to invest

hi all ! 

I’m a newbie investor from jersey city and am in the process of doing research for my first investment with a lot of help from the BP community! 

Trenton looks like a place with high rental returns on a small capital investment. But on looking closely I’ve found a lot of discrepancies in the prices - I’m assuming that depends on the location of the property. 

Since I am not familiar with the area - which areas in your experience are ones to consider ?
