I am looking for a lender to refi cash out a few properties.  Seasoning is also going to be challenge as well.

@Russell Brazil Russell. Do you have any lender connections that would do a Refi in CT. Just bought my first condo for cash. Now looking for a lender. Not putting anyondy into it so don't want to wait 6 months if possible
