My son's SIL (a professional photog) is doing that for women only, (it's in downtown Buffalo NY). They share offices, conference rooms, office equipment, & a 'share the time' creche & a really nice kitchen. I believe its a monthly pay as you go deal. She is booming & looking for more space.
