Hey All - I am putting together a presentation to present to a potential investor to give me money to flip a house, which will then give me the ability to get my BRRRR business started.
@Rick Pozos Well that was pretty aggressive...my question was not for advice on how to raise money, and not that it matters but I’m not investing with friends or family money, it’s with an investor.
