I am getting my real Estate License so I can work under a Broker as my side hustle. In NY I have to work under a Broker before I can become a Broker myself. Any pro's or con's of becomming a broker myself if my plan is buy and hold rental properties???
I guess none. I'd use the opportunity to find a senior that'll teach you the tricks.
Realize, being a broker is almost 204/7 contacting principals? Doing it part-time is tough if you expect to do anything besides use it as access to MLS services and maybe inside deals.
