@Jamison Remmers they are all friendly and would be able to assist you. Just contact a local company and ask for an experienced escrow officer who will assist you.
@Joe Homs Thanks for the advice my friend. I hope you're doing well with all this madness in the world. Since we last met pre-covid, I have continued my studies and created an LLC to buy my properties under. I'm now looking for fixer uppers in Orange County and financial investing partners to help fund deals. I have the rehab teams ready to go, with a Rehab Manager in place. Once we find funding, we can get things rolling. For now, I just finalized my new website to help drive leads. It isn't live yet but will be within the next few days once I transfer my domain.
